The knotted yarn and bamboo yarn are adjusted mainly by twist under certain conditions of raw materials. The twist is determined by the number of knotless or thick knotted parts. Loop yarn and spiral yarn mainly control the single yarn strength of core yarn and solid yarn, while mastering the twist and pattern.

The pattern control of fancy yarn is controlled by the following three aspects: front and back drafting distribution, the back zone drafting is generally controlled between 1.3 ~ 1.8 times. The fiber is short and the yarn count is high, and it is mastered on the small side, and vice versa on the large side.

The number of stops per unit time of the front roller can be adjusted to produce different numbers of knots per unit length of yarn.

The proportion of stopping time per unit time of front roller, when the number of stopping times per unit time is certain, adjusting the proportion of stopping time per unit within a certain range can get different diameters of knots. Longer stopping time results in larger knots, and vice versa in smaller knots.

Bamboo knot yarn controls the thickness of bamboo knots by the ratio between the axial concavity and convexity of the front skin roller. The bamboo knot is thicker if the arc of grinding away is large, and vice versa the bamboo knot is not obvious. However, excessive breakage increases.

Loop thread, spiral thread is regulated by the twist degree during fancy twisting and the speed ratio between trim yarn and core yarn. The twist degree determines the thinness of the pattern, and the speed ratio determines the size of the loop, with different speed ratios forming different patterns. The speed ratio of looped fancy yarn is generally 1.5~2.5, and the speed ratio of spiral yarn is generally 1.05. The quantitative adjustment of knotted yarn and bamboo knotted yarn is regulated by the draft multiple of fine yarn and the thickness of knot or bamboo knot. The first step is to make sure that the knot size or bamboo knot thickness is stable at 95% or more, i.e. to determine the stopping time of the front roller or the axial wear of the front rollers, and then to adjust the draft multiplier.

The loop yarn and spiral yarn are adjusted by the speed ratio between trim yarn and core yarn during fancy twisting. If the speed ratio is high, the weight is heavy and vice versa.

The operation and management of fancy yarns are generally the same as those of fine yarns and twisted yarns, but special attention should be paid to the following points.

In daily production, the line speed of the front roller output of twisting a flower process should be controlled at about 7~10m/min. The duty car worker should strengthen the tour, find the yarn running out of the running track should be corrected in time, and notify the machine repair oiler to check the cause.

The speed should be adjusted to about 200m/min. The jointing method should be determined according to the type of fancy yarn, generally using the staggered butt method, not allowing the jointing of small and large heads and slippery heads.

Second flower yarn spinning, winding line speed can be 20 30% higher than a flower yarn, but the joint should still be staggered butt.
