Release film, also known as isolation film, glass film, separation film, etc. PET release film is a material commonly used for thermal transfer printing, made of PET as the substrate, coated with silicone oil to reduce the adhesion of the PET film surface, so it is also called silicone oil film.

　　At present, PET release film has been widely used in packaging, printing, screen printing, pad printing, nameplate, membrane switch, flexible circuit, insulation products, circuit board, laser anti-counterfeiting, lamination, electronics, film for sealing materials, reflective materials, waterproof materials, paper for plasters, adhesive products, die-cutting and punching processing and other fields.

　　Due to the advantages of excellent physical and mechanical properties and good thermal stability of PET film, it is used as a carrier for transfer engineering and is called transfer film, transfer film or handling film, and can be reused.

　　PET film coated with release agent → adhesive coating → printing pattern → heating and pressure transfer to porcelain, glass, metal, plastic, cotton textile, etc.; good compatibility, low cost, accurate color registration, green and environmental protection.

　　2、In-mold thermal transfer printing

　　Integration of film production and coating, ink printing and coating, metal vaporization and wear-resistant layer, mold design and high precision injection molding technology; light weight, good light transmission, bright colors can form a metallic texture, can be applied to cell phones, 3C goods and other high value-added products.

　　Packaging and decoration

　　PET film is aluminized by vacuum aluminizing machine, then coated with glue and paper, then PET film glass, aluminum molecular layer is transferred to cardboard surface by gluing to form a metallic luster of aluminized cardboard, degradable and recyclable.

　　Reflective film

　　PET reflective film has excellent optical properties, flat surface, heat stability, light aging resistance, and is used in billboards with reflective requirements, traffic reflective signs, industrial safety signs, etc.

　　Protective film

　　PET protective film material is a composite material, mainly used for electronic display, cell phone screen and other panel protection and process protection of electronic products. PET film used as a base material should have excellent surface flatness, thermal stability, etc. PET film used as a surface material should have the properties of base material, but also have the functions of scratch resistance, anti-reflection, anti-glare, anti-fouling and self-healing according to the application.
