main processes of doubling twist and sizing to the original process,

single knitting, and the two ends are cut off by the cutter to form a certain
length of hair feather decorative yarn with natural vertical feathers, good
luster and soft handfeel. Because of the directional distribution of the
feathers, the woven fabric is not only lustrous and soft, but also rich and
decorative, and the fancy yarn is better than other down yarns in that it is not
easy to lose feathers. Its taking performance is good and its warmth is strong,
so it is suitable to be used in a large number of clothes, hats, scarves, socks
and gloves, and the products have a great response in the market, especially the

Fancy yarn raw material selection
Fancy yarn can be produced by various kinds of fiber yarn, currently the
common ones are viscose, nylon, acrylic and polyester. The "backbone" part of
the feather is the core yarn, whose raw material quality performance must meet
the requirements of knitting yarn.
The trim yarn is the main expressive part of the fancy yarn and determines
the perception of the finished yarn. The fiber of the trim yarn should have good
luster, elasticity and natural erection; the strength of the trim yarn should
not be too high, it should be easy to cut and get a neat length of down, and it
is not easy to lose feathers, and it is generally appropriate to use filament;
the trim yarn of the core should use the same heat shrinkage rate of raw
materials, in order to prevent the long and short feathers, twist shrinkage and
uneven striping caused by finishing and dyeing after yarn formation.

Fancy yarn production requirements
The cutting knife for producing fancy yarn should be kept sharp, and the
trim yarn moved to the knife should be able to finish cutting smoothly,
otherwise it will break due to accidental stretching and will cause the
phenomenon of long and short wool to happen. The domestic cutter needs to be
replaced in 24 hours, although the cutter consumes a lot, but the comprehensive
effect will be good.
The needle barrel rotation has a twisting effect on the fancy yarn during
production. In order to eliminate the twisting internal stress and prevent the
braid yarn, the fancy yarn under the machine needs to be heat-set, and steam
setting is generally used.
On the one hand, the water absorbed during steaming can be released through
the centrifugal airflow generated by yarn shaking, and on the other hand, the
yarn can be straightened out by the yarn guide during yarn shaking. The yarn is
cooled quickly, which is good for the fancy yarn to keep beautiful and protect
the quality of the yarn.
Fancy yarn washing
Dry cleaning is best for woolen garments, but hand washing is also
possible. Soap or neutral detergent should be used for washing, and special
detergent for wool should be used, the temperature should not exceed 40℃,
otherwise it will produce shrinkage, affect the feel and elasticity, and destroy
the molecular structure of wool.
