　　Shaking and twisting must use large automatic shaking and twisting yarn, to shake out the big pattern, the frame length should be long, for the subsequent inverted feather good pouring to prepare, otherwise inverted feather will not pour out, serious loss. Stranded yarn important must be less than 0.25kg appropriate, otherwise the nylon will spend.

　　5, dyeing control.

　　As nylon raw materials on the dyeing speed, not easy to dye evenly, easy to outstanding flowers, color difference, so in the dyeing finishing, shall be slow heating and slow dyeing agent, different batches of nylon raw materials can not be mixed dyeing, there will be uneven color.
